1 ★ I've had a good experience until recently. The charges applied post reservation are way too high without prior notification of the changes on the reservation charge terms, to make matters worse, my complaint fell to deaf ears. I've never seen a company ignoring their clients complaints and concerns as Udrive is doing. It's a high time to end my relationship with you. Avoid Udrive like a plague otherwise you will end up like me.
1 ★ Trying to call customer service is disaster as no one will take on time. It I'd be required to call continuously for hours to get a response. Previously they charged me wrongly and sending many mails for 3 days continuously refund, finally they refunded. After a few days yesterday I tried to log in, it was not log in automatically. I sent a forgot password but no reply since then I was trying to call customer center but no one picking. Yesterday I required the car urgently.
1 ★ THE WORST APP. I took a car on rent for one day, they charged me for 2 days,they charged me 1.6aed/km more than what was mentioned for excess km, they charge VAT twice, they charged me registration fees thrice and THEY DON'T REFUND ANYTHING. I have been behind them for refund for more than 10days and there is no response from their side. They just blindly charge your card and get away with it. I would never recommend this to anyone. Worst customer service and accounts team I've ever dealt with.
1 ★ I have been using udrive for around 5 years now, but their support system has been disappointing lately. Application gets really slow, I got charged from a different old saved card even though I selected the recent one at the time of booking. When I try to add new card details, the app seems to freeze, and the 5aed deduction is made instantly. However, when I check the card details, there is no change. Their customer support team is not responsive
4 ★ The sign up process was somewhat inconvenient, with an email requesting to upload additional documents, etc. I would appreciate automation here. However, I appreciate getting the call about the next steps, etc, that allowed me to get signed up eventually.
1 ★ I booked a car with u drive for AED129 but was charged AED 149 from my card, but when I woke up the app was showing I will be charged 183 AED, I tried call them for 3 hours they will pick the call after 20 minutes but won't listen to query and simply cut the call on the face. Either they won't reply on email. I hope I could attach screen shot of email and call records, The reply Udrive gives after feedbacks on play store is just for show they are responsive but in reality they are not
1 ★ Don't use this app. My husband used it. They gave him a fine because they said he got traffic fine . While refused to give us any details , customers service in the phone threatening us to discount the call. The worst customer service. There are no details for the fine number , they don't provide details. Plus, customers' service was so un professional They will steal your money don't use the app
1 ★ After picking up the car in Abu Dhabi city going to Yas which I have done many times.A 20-30 minutes drive which turned to a nightmare.Trying to end the trip the app was saying am out of the parking zone. Calling the customer service team they could not help.Even check on the app for the nearest parking zone it was not showing.That wasted more than 2hours of my time I had to go back almost next to the same place I got the car and that 1AM. I sent your time and email 3 days ago no reply
1 ★ I had the worst experience with the Udrive app for car rental. Their customer service is abysmal, and I genuinely feel scammed. I rented a car for just one day, but four days later, I found myself charged for five days. When I reached out, they insisted their system never makes mistakes, leaving me frustrated with no resolution. The lack of assistance and the unwillingness to acknowledge the error make this the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I strongly advise against using Udrive
1 ★ I had to delete my previous review of 5 stars due to the recent changes. I have loved every minute of using their service up until this week They removed per minute, daily and weekly rentals. You can only hire cars for a month. I thought that this was an error and used the filter to select a "daily" car. When I booked it, to my surprise it was booked as monthly. The whole purpose of a ride sharing app is flexibility. Customer services helped me cancel without paying for the month. Why change
1 ★ Not a professional company and charged me for unknown fines plus 100aed penalty. Don't recommend it at all. The customer service wasn't helpful and asked me to check with the authorities to check the fine for THIER CAR. unbelievable It doesn't work in mussafah as well and you can rent a car cheaper than them. Don't make my mistake
5 ★ Rented a Jimny cause my wife loves them, she thinks they're cute. Was a fun little date! Easy process, just a bit worrying thinking of all the little politics that may be involved considering the cars are never "returned" to be inspected before being given to a new user. Like if people left their belongings and stuff like that.
1 ★ The document verification system is very poor. I have tried to get verified multiple times, but I am still having problems. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a verification system. I have uploaded all of the required documents, but the system keeps rejecting them. I have tried to contact customer support, but they have not been helpful. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs to get verified quickly and easily.
3 ★ I am not at all happy with their services. I have used their car 5-6 times now.. however I have failed to understand how they charge..their customer care is never accessible.
1 ★ Changed the payment option to a new card but it still charged the old card. Now the app is not even letting me select the new card. On top of that the new card I added 5Dhs was charged which is supposed to be reversed back into my account but it never was. I called customer support. They said they will change the default payment method to my new card and I should wait 24 hours for the 5 dhs to be reversed. It's been more than 24 hours, neither has been done.
