Description
Your smartphone is your passport
UAE Wallet facilitate travel process at UAE Airports. By virtue of this solution, travelers can now use only their smart phones to pass through electronic gates within 15 seconds.
This will simplify the travelers’ journey and make it a joyful experience.
Users can register to UAE Wallet any time before their travel day. After registering, users can present required travel machine readable barcodes generated within UAE Wallet APP to access airport electronic gates.
Registered users can also view information of passport, residence visa, and emirates ID documents belonging to them and their dependents. This includes the ability to check documents validity.
The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai (GDRFA) has launched the UAE Wallet in line with the UAE vision 2021 and the directions of the wise leadership to avail easy and fast government services to all customers.
One of the main objectives of UAE Wallet is to support seamless integration among different entities during the execution of a government services. The UAE Wallet helps smart transformation in Dubai and the UAE, including the materialization of zero-paper strategy declared by the wise leadership.
The UAE Wallet Project delivers an electronic repository for UAE nationals, and residents. It stores personal official documents including scanned and electronic copies of identity documents, passport copy, personal image of customers and their dependencies. It also provide users with the required functionalities to easily maintain the documents with updates, uploads, and the ability to access on need or share documents when required by government entities for the quick and easy processing of government services and transactions.
The GDRFA is maintaining a strategic objective of ensuring that all services are provided based on quality and efficiency. The ultimate goal of the project is increasing the happiness of people by offering excellent and fast naturalization, residence and ports services in line with the GDRFA Mission.

5 ★ How can I change my passport number as a cannot change it after logging it

1 ★ Does not start at all on my Google Pixel 2 phone. It crashes as soon as you click the icon.
1 ★ App does not open it crashes on start and error appears " app has stopped " Resolve the issue

2 ★ I can't finish the registration process as the mobile number displayed is incorrect and there is no way of changing it to the correct one. I even checked with the Emirates ID office to make sure they had my correct mobile number and they do so I'm not sure what to do next. The idea is great and I would love to be able to use it for myself and my family however until I can register successfully that won't be happening.
4 ★ Think this is a great app in the making. Have the sam issues as most people but i am sure the developers will fix it soon enough, so all just be a little paitent as this app could become a game changer for aiport immigration
2 ★ it's showing wrong Mobile Number While Registering. fix this issue. App seems good if we consider the idea behind it. but it needs some work to do as soon as possible. i hope we'll cherish this app...
3 ★ Mobile number database need to be synchronise with GDFRA dubai database. While registration process after entering Emirates I'd and DOB, mobile number not found appears. Please contact GDFRA for update mobile number msg appears
3 ★ Great idea as i heard about it... but need lot of development please do some update at least we can sign up or log in by MyID! I read about in the news paper so it's should be useful application thanks alot GDRFA
1 ★ The usual issues with virtually every app that is served up as the next great thing; you cannot register properly for it. I dread to think what would happen if I visited the physical location it tells me to go to. I would probably sit in a waiting room with a paper ticket for a few hours and then be told that I should have brought some random document or letter of ni objection
2 ★ Tried to activate the app. Showing I've been registered already. I've id in MyID. But, can't even login with that details. When I tried to retrieve the username and password, showing error as can't fetch the details. You guys need to work on it and I hope the issue will get cleared ASAP
5 ★ Great Application please update when we can actually use it at airport as i tired it 15th of July and the terminal machines didn't recognised yet. If this apps works will be a revolution in immagration technology. Thanks DNRD for this great App.
5 ★ Best app. If anyone has problem in registration with mobile number. Pls visit any emrates I'd centre and update your mobile number. Its very easy process
2 ★ While registering it says i am already registered. No proper options to retrieve username / forgot password does not work.
