1 ★ The idea is excellent as you can see all past doctor visits along with the pharmacy details and appointments. However the app simply doesn't work and crashes 99% of time. I hope they fixes all the app issues till then one star from my side.
1 ★ I am totally disappointed because I have been coming to this clinic ever since I got pregnant but suddenly today the cashier told me that for all blood tests and ultrasounds they continuously forgot to charge a certain amount of money and that she had to charge it altogether on today's visit. I just can't believe the disorganisation and miscommunication I have witnessed. I really regret choosing this place over the rest
2 ★ Hi. Not able to download the Lab reports,not even find the option . Value ranges are not showing completely .I had added my family members , first it showing my daughter's name then suddenly it disappeared and my son name is showing ,after a while Son's name also disappeared . Trying to add againg but msg showing that no profile is available .
4 ★ They have no signs in their counter,from the first time you don't know where to start your process,also they have different building for clinics and the labs.Although their service is good and mobile app is helpful
1 ★ The app not working! It's keep on saying incorrect password and username! I don't know why your giving application if it's not working and not only in my mobile but everywhere not working! Since 16th I'm planning to call the hospital there is no reply and they told me they will send my blood test and covid test result together with my invoice but I didn't receive anything! It is normal to give like this service!!
5 ★ Dr. Aysha ( Gynec) Dr. Aysha is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. Its rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient
2 ★ It keeps on crashing when I try to check my appointments, can't open the test details on it, and if I exit the app it doesn't save my work and I have to start all over again.

1 ★ This is a champion of crashing, looking for my appointments, crash, lab results, showing part, no export, you receive notification but app crash when u click on notifications. An unreliable app that is embarrassing for prime hospital.
1 ★ Reports download bug - I am trying download my past visit report for last 2 weeks. God only knows where it is getting saved in Andriod OS. The app doesn't guide where it saved..this needs to be fixed.
3 ★ no option for tele appointment as well as appointments for Friday and Saturday cannot be booked! call centre takes long to recieve call plus long recorded music...!!.

1 ★ This apps always error...I cant download the report....I need the report and yet is sucks...Im really dissapointed not only in this apps but also in the service of prime medical center in reefmall and in the premier medical center deira...its really annoying!!!!!
