1 ★ Do not bother downloading the app it doesn't help at all. Tracker does not work and guess what when u make the order you will get quick resposnse but after the payment is done and time to deliver no answer at all. Slot was 10am to 2pm and even at 6 pm. No answer no replies. The worst service ever, actually no service at all. First and the only time to use this cause a friend recommended and now made him delete it too! Ruined a birthday. Never again.

1 ★ Very bad service I ordered online for delivery, I chose the nearest date even they charged more I am willing to pay. To my dismay they cannot deliver on the birthday of the recipient and will be delayed for 4 more days. I am not happy with the quality of service you have. Your agents through the chat does not know to reply with accuracy. They just need to book the deal and get the payment. It is really below my expectation as a customer. I will not recommend you to other potential customers! :-(
1 ★ Miserable. Total scam. During the lockdown their reason for not delivering the cake is that there was no one at home. From a 10 member family no one is home? During the lockdown? They didnt even contact the local number provided for delivery!! Then they do not refund your money because cake is perishable. THEN WHY DONT YOU STOP SCAMMING AND DELIVER THE SERVICE YOU CHARGED FOR.
