4 ★ The dictionary is highly recommended for those who study English. I'm not a native speaker and benefit a lot from detailed explanations this dictionary offers. As an app, ads are so annoying. Is it really necessary to play a video for looking up a word? I'd rather pay some money and disable ads, but I don't seem to be able to do it. Also it should give an option to make it usable offline
5 ★ Very useful, this is what I can make the most of it. I used the longman Advanced Dictionary Of American English when I was at University.
5 ★ Hands down the best dictionary experience I ever had with an app 👏. Meticulous explanations of the words combined with the best pronunciations available in the market. Plus you also get additional etymological references with very well crafted example sentences for each context oriented meanings of the same word. I wish I could give 10 starts!
3 ★ this is something good but takes more time to open. very slowly works .it needs speed up .it should be made offline. if net is slow, it doesn't work.
3 ★ Very detailed explanations but it seems the audio doesn't work all the time. It would be so much better if I could hear them speaking.
5 ★ Best dictionary i ever used. after using for a few days, i am so satisfied with my experience that i even wish they have an offer for removing ads by payment. i definitely will be pleased to pay for that.
5 ★ You might try to add a backup option. The only "backup" I can make now is taking screenshots of my vocabulary to search and save the words after I re-install the app =))
5 ★ It'd be more beneficial than any other dictionary. So I think this dictionary must be more useful.
2 ★ This is really good stuff, but is there any paid version? The ads are very annoying.
1 ★ *Looks stupid and weird.* almost like other American dictionaries (Mac Millan and Merriam Webster Contemporary): 1- 'Literature': no such a thing literally and by etymology. You cannot understand both 'literally' and 'literature' at once with such shallowly deceiting entries. 2- 'Story': A story is not a description of an event. Stare, Store.. H'istory.. So what is a story?: A stylish storage providing an abstract observatory by/into phrasings and logic; a construction not a sole description.
5 ★ I like the way the words are displayed with parts of speech, etymology, uses of words in a sentence, and thesaurus. There's also talking pronunciation.
