App permissions

CRADAR 2.1 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an application to send SMS messages.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

5 ★ Great app. Works as it should. Can adjust sensitivity and edit contacts to call. I have recommended it to all of my friends. Never had a crash, but glad to have it available. Nexus 4

1 ★ Not working. Tried loading contacts and program crashed. Uninstalling from this device.

5 ★ This is a really nice app to have, it works as described, and now the addition of being able to add multiple people to the contact list and the adjustable sensitivity make the app so much better. Made me come just to rate 5 stars.

2 ★ There are no checks and balance... No alert for "no GPS data" Agree, should also check GPS position while waiting for operator to stop txt and should auto stop if user is still moving. Definitely needs more than one contact selection. Numerical input fir "custom" crash sensitivity. I would pay if it included these options.

3 ★ Awesome app concept, wish it would update so im able to text out more than 1 person. Please fix that when it goes off and I start moving again, it'll cancel the alarm.

4 ★ this app is fantastic! The custom setting for sensitivity is perfect. The only problem I have with this app is that I can only select one emergency contact. What happens if my emergency contact is on available? I will be dead in the middle of the road. There should be a sequence of contacts or all contact should be contacted at the same time. If space is a problem, make the contact list a max of 10 contacts. Otherwise I should be able to select as many contacts as I want to receive an emergency broadcast.

2 ★ If you ride motorcycles or do anything else that's dangerous, do your loved ones (and yourself) a favor and get this app. It's a great idea and the dev is quick to reply to questions. I've got it set it alert my best bud, not my girlfriend because she'll freak out. I told him if he can't reach me by phone after he gets the text to call 911, then call my girlfriend. Tip for s5 users: hold the recent apps button to get to the sensitively setting.

4 ★ Haven't field tested it yet, but works really well flopping onto my bed. Two thingss, tho. The text it's sending me comes as an mms. The words can't be read, and the link to the map doesn't work. I have to hold it in, copy text, and paste into browser. Annoying, but can work around. I use Go SMS for texting. Second, perhaps the alarm should keep sounding after the text is sent? It would be like the horn of a car going off after a crash. If you're off the trail, passerbys would hear you.

3 ★ It's either too sensitive, or I have to drop it on concrete to get it to go off. If it's in my pocket a pot hole will set it off, or if I do crash, the padding of my jacket will stop it. HTC Desire hd.

4 ★ Dev: send as MMS and your char limit becomes 1000. Use something like tinyurl to shorten the link to maps. Add multi contacts to msg distro

4 ★ The app is really good, but needs a gps bases error check to verify false positives. The app will be great if and when that is added.

2 ★ Works great on motorola. But would like to have a list of at least 5 people for contacts just to make sure someone responds.

1 ★ My wife called the police when she got the text saying i was down. I never stopped for as long as the timeout was set for so it shouldn't have triggered.
