1 ★ App doesn't work anymore as in will NOT open. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, no dice. Running Android Oreo 8.1. Used to work but now that I'm due to renew it doesn't work anymore. I will NEED this app if I'm stuck on the side of the road as no one carries their plastic cards. Update: requested a full refund. App never works so have to google the phone number and keep the plastic card with you. No thanks.
1 ★ The app doesn't even LOAD! I do wonder how I would ever use it if I was in a bind... Hard reset, uninstalled, reinstalled, nothing. No recent updates on my phone but this is brutal....
1 ★ Why aren't you fixing your app? i love being a CAA member, but the app isnt working. it won't open. Based on the reviews it hasn't been working since at least January. Another fix you should include is the hotel search feature. it didn't work . always crashed.
4 ★ ive seen a lot of people having issues opening the app. Since this app uses GPS, the app will not open if you are connected to Wifi, if your 3G internet is not enabled or if your location services are not enabled on your phone. this is not well communicated on the app and might causes headaches to users.
1 ★ App asks for permissions that appear unnecessary to me. This app doesn't need access to my contacts, my photos/files or to manage my phone calls. in order to be useful. I need this app to access my CAA record, trip tik, roadside assistance and other services provided by CAA. I don't need it to manage my phone, my contacts or my photos.
3 ★ CAA itself is great but the app stopped working. Keeps spinning on 'loading'. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, does the same thing. App will not open. Worked fine up until I last used in early January.
1 ★ Clicking "I am a member" just gets me "Web page not available". Tried it on a Oneplus 5 and Samsung S8+. Not much use if we can't login. It even pops up a warning stating it has limited functionality unless we login.
1 ★ Very disappointed with its reliability! Seems to be a single use app because it won't load the second time I try to use it. I'm left uninstalling it and then reinstalling it to make use of it... not something you want when you're stuck and need roadside assistance!
