ROOT ACCESS NEED!
Root access to your phone is required to use this application!
If you are not aware whether or not your phone has root access, you probably don't have root access.
ROOT REQUIRED, WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT ROOT!!
You can choose a power off option:
1) every day (every few days) at the specified time.
2) every week (every few weeks) on a certain day of the week at the specified time.
3) once at the specified time.
This application will power off (shutdown) your phone.
Remember 'Allow' in Superuser for fast 1 click rebooting of your phone.
There is a known issue where this does not work on phones with Sense (EVO, Inc, etc).

Power off Schedule 2.3.0 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Required to be able to reboot the device.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.
Allows an application to collect battery statistics

5 ★ Old phones can be used as standalone music player or gps device. The problem is that battery will run dry in a day or two if you forgot to turn them off. With this app, it is easy to set them to power off in one or few hours and make phones ready for the next task.
5 ★ Yes. my phone is rooted. set off on 12am. And it ask root permision. And my phone went off. Great job. As i m looking for. But the way it off my phone its like pulling out the power. Not like using normal sequence for shutdown. Is it safe to be used daily?
