Description
• View, edit or book appointments right from your phone
• Add or remove blocked times
• View current client list and add new clients
• Run reports of daily totals
• View inventory and service lists
• Check work schedule
• View employee contact information
All appointments and adjustments made in the app are sent in real-time to your Envision Software. Connect to the app over any speed internet connection including Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, and Edge.
The security options in the EnvisionAccess App are the same as those set up for EnvisionAccess. Easily adjust your employees' security settings from within the Envision management software.
PLEASE NOTE: To use this application, you must have Envision Software Version 6 or higher and have a subscription to EnvisionAccess.

4 ★ Haven't been able to use it, jumping through SEVERAL hoops, and after 24 hours, 6 faxes and enless emails, still can't access it...and I have Envision VIP support!! This app is free (after a $325.00 setup fee and $75.00 a month for service). Can't decide if it's worth it. AMMENDING MY REVIEW Envision Cloud is AMAZING! It wasn't an easy transition, but SO much better(once it was set up)

1 ★ It never refreshes properly. Half of the time my schedule isn't even accurate. The appointments on the salon computer and on my phone never match up. Defeats the whole purpose of having it on my phone. This app could be way better
5 ★ Once I figured the login process as administrator it worked great. Good job Envision. FYI technical helped with the process and really was easy.

1 ★ Hate hate hate. I hate this so much. Not user friendly, usually it wont work at all. Editing options are close to non once you book an appointment. Vegaro or salon iris was way better.
3 ★ I love being able to see my schedule on my phone however there are some glitches that I don't like. I would like to be able to see who booked the appointment, when they booked it, and my clients information. I would also like better editing options.
3 ★ Would love if all fuctions worked such as daily totals. Frequently says site not connected or logs out. Can not book appointment past ending time for your day which makes you have to block time so you don't have something else scheduled for you before you can get to the salon to book it. App will sometimes display another person's name on home screen instead of my own.
1 ★ Majority of this app don't work on my phone (droid turbo) but does just fine on coworkers iPhones. If an employer pays for their employees to use the app it should not matter what phone they have. It would be nice to be able to see my totals, book appointments etc. Would give envision 0 stars if I could. Worthless app and customer service ignores the issues.
2 ★ Can't always get on when I need to, says envision had stopped working, not connected, etc. Can't just change the processing time of a client, have to go in and completely delete appointment and put it back in with different times. No calendar, so I have to pull up a different one or count in my head what date is in six Wednesdays from now or whatever. I could go on and on but this app is a waste of money the way that it is, it has potential but needs some serious help.
3 ★ Being able to see your schedule is great but I can't access my daily totals on the android version. If that is fixed the app would actually be worth the money
